NB Recovery Houses

“Showing our clients that recovery is more than just sitting in meetings is important to us. We teach our men how to bridge the gap between sobriety and their newfound lives in recovery by having events and taking them on retreats.” At New Beginnings Recovery, we believe that building a strong and supportive community is key to our success. That’s why we’ve created a platform that puts people first, and fosters a sense of belonging and connection among our users. Our purpose is to provide a unique, structured, and nurturing atmosphere that allows recovering men to heal. We are devoted to creating a safe environment where they are free to grow, recovery, thrive, help others, and re-enter society.

Community Volunteer Opportunities

Often, residents cannot be placed directly into sober living situations and they end up living on the street or in shelters, creating enormous pressure on their fragile sobriety. Occasionally, someone placed into a sober house relapses and they must leave the sober house immediately – Redemption House is the place where they can go until they recommit to their sobriety. Having a recovery community to be part of is crucial in early sobriety. When you move into one of our houses, you’re not just moving into a sober house, you’re moving into a recovery community. Richard’s House was the first house we opened when starting “A New Beginning.” Since its opening in November of 2014, we have successfully helped many clients to rebuild their lives.

From detox to relapse prevention, we provide a supportive environment for women and men on their journey to sobriety. Redemption House Foundation has helped save the lives of 486 individuals. Redemption House Foundation is mainly staffed by sober and drug-free volunteers, many who are living in our New Beginning sober houses.

New Beginnings Recovery & Supportive Housing

We’re growing every day, and we want to house as many people as we can. New Beginning Guests are required to engage in some sort of community service work. Engaging in service work brings a sense of purpose, personal growth, and builds relationships. It fosters empathy, makes a positive impact, and improves mental health. Ultimately, it strengthens communities and promotes compassion and altruism. We offer employement opportunities (and provide transporation) through relationships with surrounding businesses–regardless of background.

Our program includes…

We partner with local pharmacy to provide a better meds management for our guest.
